  Nice store inside Westfield with a clean, well-organized layout and a calm shopping atmosphere. The collection is easy to browse, especially the bags and accessories, which are displayed really nicely. Staff were polite and ready to help without being pushy, which made the experience comfortable. Even if you’re just looking around, it feels like a pleasant place to stop during shopping at the mall

  I had a return for an unwanted christmas present which was purchased with cash. Store manager refused refund and further contact with customer service online was poor. If you want fast refund and peace of mind with your shoppers experience espexially for presents Then i would shop elsewhere. Choose another high st retailer who treat customer with abit of courtesy.

  The customer service was generally very good. I visited the store to make an exchange and found the bag I wanted without any difficulty. However, the experience was impacted when the sales assistant removed a dust cover that belonged to me. I had placed my own dust cover on the returned bag because it did not come with one, as it was purchased online. I attempted to explain that the dust cover was from a previous purchase at the same store, but my explanation was not acknowledged. Overall, the experience was acceptable.
